Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

If you're looking to clean up mess fast, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the best way to go. The best robot vacs and mops I've tested come with top-quality mapping and navigation as well as the ability to remove Cheerios as well as tangled wires, and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind.

They're also easy to use with an application that lets you plan cleaning tasks and track what they're working on.

1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra

The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum combination. It comes with the most recent features. This top-of-the-line vacuum is fast and agile and picked up human hair and pet hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It has a sleek app interface with a mini-map of your home, as well as buttons on the screen for manual control.

Another notable feature is the S8's ability to alter its cleaning mode according to the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will stop and wash its mopping pad more often when it encounters dust while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.

The mop's roller has several other clever features, including a dock that connects to your home plumbing system to wash and clean it without having to refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8 it is possible to use voice commands to control the cleaning mode of your room and provide precise control with just your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube

The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those seeking a hands free robot vacuum that also has mopping capabilities. It's one of a variety of combo robot vacuums with mops, but is priced at a lower price than many of the competitors.

Like most robot vacuums, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get started. This involves establishing an account on the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once that's done, though the robot can begin vacuuming and mopping with ease.

It's important to note that the mapping process can take some time, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets an accurate image of your space.  see here  is hit-and-miss. It was able skirt around furniture and other obstacles but got stuck on a looser rug with tassels, and required a flip to free itself. But these are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube is still a excellent choice for those looking for an all-in-one cleaner.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete offers a three-in-1 home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping feature a rotating motion like hand scrubbing which results in floors that are actually cleaned, not just being swept. And its detachable stick vacuum is a game changer that enables you to reach spots even robot vacuums can't.

The model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with an increased suction power of 8700Pa and other clever features. The RGBD sensor upgrade is able to learn your home's surroundings and provide dynamic obstacles avoidance. The smart app lets you customize a variety of settings such as scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging station at the end of each job to clean their pads, empty the dust bins and put the debris in bags that self-seal. This helps to keep the system clean and prevents allergens from circulating. The battery life is long enough to clean large areas without needing an additional charge during cleaning.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

The Eufy S1 Pro is a premium robot vacuum and mop that comes with impressive features at a reasonable price. It comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power as well as a rotating brush for hard and carpet floors, and great obstacle avoidance. It also has an innovative mopping system which utilizes a continuous roller doused with water to pull up dirt and deposit it in the dirty water tank.

Its navigation technology performed well in navigating close to walls without crashing, and avoiding stairs. However, it did struggle with fine-grained debris and wasn't always able to remove raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also very high, which means this model might not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, comes with a docking system that allows it to replenish its clean water tank, empty the dustbin, wash and dry the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors in a routine schedule. Eufy's application lets you manage all of its functions. It gives an easy overview and a variety of configuration options.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is one of the best robot mowers available, and it offers amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR mapping sensors can detect furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with decent accuracy. The app lets users fine-tune the map coverage, set up no-go zones, and even modify their cleaning preferences. The Freo's brush is designed to stop hair from wrapping around it. This is an issue for many robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mops that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system has intelligent carpet detectors, which raise the pads when they are near soft surfaces in order to avoid contamination.

The docking station is designed to function as a hands-free center for maintenance that is able to wash and dry the mops, and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station features an integrated dust-processing system that compacts dust, allowing seven weeks of maintenance-free operation.

6. S10

A few hundred dollars more than the S8 and this robot does a bang-up job of keeping my office tidy and is able to tackle the corners of my cramped apartment. It utilizes a laser mapping and camera to create a 3D map of your home so that it knows what to stay clear of. It has an object/obstacle detector that can block things like toys and dog bowls (but not the poop) unlike most vacuums.

Other fantastic features include a self-emptying dustbin, a mop that is self-washing, adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also alter the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.

Similar to the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It can also avoid mopping rooms that are not dirty if you're looking to reduce time. It's a great choice when you have a mix of flooring in your home and do not want to invest the money to buy a Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot is a great choice when you're seeking a flexible robot that can do both regular daily maintenance as well as touch-ups to messy water stains. It comes with a variety of features, including a self-emptying dustbin, an additional water refill dock, and adjustable settings within the app. It's extremely quiet and can maneuver between furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's not able to pick up the tangled tassels of a rug and it drains its battery faster than other models we've tried.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that offers an impressive suction and easy automation in a sleek. It didn't score quite as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests like the more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra, but it still did very well overall. It has a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the more powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It also has the capability to automatically remove and replace mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for people who live in tiny spaces. It's extremely quiet and speedy and does a good job of maneuvering around tight spaces. It is also very good in removing pet hair from carpeting.

It's smaller than the majority of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice features. It has decent suction power and can be set to take photos of each object it finds (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as 'not found' to ensure that they won't be taken up in subsequent cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and are not tied to your account.

It's great at vacuuming, but not so well in mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped onto the bot's bottom and drags them across the floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
